  Before opening the equipment, check whether the equipment is filled with oil, whether all parts of the equipment are intact, whether the forward and reverse rotation of roots centrifugal fan and rotary feeder, and whether the conveying pipeline is smooth.

  Opening method: first open the roots centrifugal fan or roots pump, observe the working pressure of the air pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal fan, and the working pressure is almost zero when the pipeline is unobstructed; Then open the first rotary feeder, and finally gradually open the upper manual plug valve. With the opening of the gate valve, the material will fall into the rotary feeder and then into the conveying pipeline, and the barometer will fluctuate. According to the fluidity of materials and the indication of barometer, the opening degree of manual valve can be adjusted to control the blanking amount. Observe the change of barometer anytime and anywhere.

  For the conveying route of two feeders, after the material conveying of the first rotary feeder is completed, turn off the first rotary feeder. After 1-2min, the material conveying in the pipeline is completed, and then turn on the second rotary feeder to operate successively.

  Termination method: first turn off the manual gate valve (if the equipment is terminated in a short time, it is not necessary to turn off the manual gate valve), then turn off the rotary feeder, observe the air pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal fan, and then turn off the Roots fan when the gas pressure is the working pressure of the civil aviation air duct (the spacing is about I min).
