　　2008年上海瑞柘环保设备有限公司成立。

　　2010年在扬州地区成立扬州方舟环保设备有限公司作为生产罗茨风机、沉水风机、水泵等设备基地。

　　2016年公司全面升级为“上海瑞柘环保设备集团有限公司”。

　　2017年开设上海致淼环保咨询公司为客户提供环保设备的选型、定制、保养、售后等技术服务。

　　2020年公司公司生产基地“扬州方舟”在原罗茨风机基础上研发了新型沉水式罗茨风机并申请了相关认证。

　　2021年公司为新研发的罗茨风机、水泵等相关产品申请了**11个。
