  1.敲击法。是一种*简单、*常见的轴承拆卸方法。借助锤击的力量使相互配合的零件产生位移而相互脱离,实现拆卸。采用敲击法拆卸轴承时,敲击力不应施加在轴承的滚动体和保持架上,一般应施加在轴承内圈,这种拆卸方法简单易行,但常会损坏零件,甚至达不到拆卸的目的。

  ⒉.拉出法。利用2爪或3爪拉马等工具拆卸轴承,采用拉出法轴承受力均匀,拆卸力的大小和方向容易控制,适用于轴承与轴配合过盈量较大的情况。这种方法损坏零部件的概率较小。

  3.推压法。利用压力机将轴承推出,优点是工作可靠,对机器和轴承的损伤小。拆卸时压力机的着力点应保持在轴的中心,垫块抵住轴承内圈。

  4.热拆法。用热拆法拆卸轴承时,首先应将拉具安装在准备拆卸的轴承上,并提供一定的预拉力。用高温机油(100°℃左右)反复淋浇在轴承上,轴承圈受热膨胀后改变与轴的配合过盈量。如需拆卸轴承较少或没有大量机油,可以采用喷枪烘烤的方式,但要注意轴承加热时温度不能太高且火焰不能对着轴,防止轴受热后材料组织结构变化。

  5.液压法。适用于尺寸较大且配合很紧的轴承,使用液压拆卸时轴上应有预制孔。液压拆卸工具主要有液压泵、液压管、压力表及接头等,并需要配合拉马使用。操作时压力应缓慢升高,听到轴承与轴分离的声音后,使用拉马等工具拆卸。如在打压过程中压力已升的很高,但始终没有分离,应首先泄压,避免压力过高出现设备损坏、人员受伤等情况。

  罗茨鼓风机更换油封的方法

  三叶罗茨风机更换轴承,在拆卸过程中,难免会伤害到油封!即使伤害不大,但经理了拆卸与长期运转后的油封,密封效果与寿命会大打折扣!因此,更换三叶罗茨风机轴承时,也要更换相应的油封!

  罗茨鼓风机的油封组通常由3~4个骨架油封组合而成,其中两个油封背靠背地装在与被输气体接触的内侧,另一个(或两个)装在外侧。全部元件装在一个密封座中,成为一个密封组,中间可注脂润滑。骨架油封组属于接触型密封,容易造成轴(与油封唇口接触部位)的磨损。但由于结构简单,装拆方便,成本低廉,密封效果比较好,以及对工作环境和维护保养要求不高,实际中一直具有较广的应用。

  请定时查看机油以及黄油,并及时补给,机油新风机运转一周后应**次替换新油,一个月后第2次替换新油,今后每半年替换一次,夏天降临前必换(220#中负荷工业齿轮油)。黄油每两周加一次(组成锂基润滑脂ZL-3H)。

  3.当罗茨鼓风机油封安装时,唇口通过键槽、螺纹及轴肩等刃口部位时,应使用金属导套或薄纲片卷筒予以保护;

  3. Push method. Using the press to push out the bearing has the advantages of reliable operation and little damage to the machine and bearing.   4. Hot disassembly method. When disassembling the bearing with the hot disassembly method, first install the puller on the bearing to be disassembled and provide a certain pre tension. Pour high-temperature engine oil (about 100 ° ℃) on the bearing repeatedly, and change the fit interference with the shaft after the bearing ring is heated and expanded. If the bearing needs to be disassembled with little or no large amount of oil, it can be baked with a spray gun, but it should be noted that the temperature of the bearing should not be too high and the flame should not face the shaft when it is heated, so as to prevent changes in the material structure after the shaft is heated.

  5. Hydraulic method. It is applicable to bearings with large size and tight fit. Prefabricated holes shall be provided on the shaft when hydraulic disassembly is used. Hydraulic disassembly tools mainly include hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pipes, pressure gauges and connectors, which need to be used with pullers. The pressure should rise slowly during operation. After hearing the sound of separation between the bearing and the shaft, use puller and other tools to disassemble. If the pressure has risen very high but has not been separated, the pressure should be relieved first to avoid equipment damage and personal injury caused by excessive pressure.

  Method of replacing oil seal of Roots blower

  When replacing the bearing of the three blade roots blower, it is inevitable to damage the oil seal during the disassembly process! Even if the damage is not great, the seal effect and service life will be greatly reduced if the oil seal is disassembled and operated for a long time! Therefore, when replacing the bearings of the three blade roots blower, it is also necessary to replace the corresponding oil seal!

  The oil seal group of Roots blower is usually composed of 3-4 skeleton oil seals, of which two oil seals are installed back-to-back on the inner side in contact with the transmitted gas, and the other (or two) is installed on the outer side. All components are installed in a sealing seat to form a sealing group, and the middle can be greased and lubricated.   Installation method of oil seal of Roots blower

  1. If two oil seals are installed in one oil seal seat of Roots blower at the same time, they cannot be stacked together and pressed in at one time; Press one oil seal to the specified position first, and then install the other oil seal;

  2. When installing the oil seal, do not make a mistake about the installation direction of the oil seal, and point the working surface of the oil seal to the side that needs to be sealed;
