  罗茨风机型号及选型参数表

  罗茨风机是容积式风机的一种,有两个三叶叶轮在由机壳和墙板密封的空间中相对转动,由于每个叶轮都是采用渐开线,或是外摆线的包络线,每个叶轮的三个叶片是完全相同的,同时两个叶轮也是完全相同的,这样就大大降低了加工难度。叶轮在加工时采用数控设备,确保了两个叶轮在中心距不变情况下,不管两个叶轮旋转到什么位置,都能保持一定的极小间隙,从而确保气体的泄露在允许范围内。两个叶轮相向转动,由于叶轮与叶轮、叶轮与机壳、叶轮与墙板之间的间隙极小,从而使进气口形成了真空状态,空气在大气压的作用下进入进气腔,然后,每个叶轮的其中两个叶片与墙板、机壳构成了一个密封腔,进气腔的空气在叶轮转动的过程中,被两个叶片所形成密封腔不断地带到排气腔,又因为排气腔内的叶轮是相互啮合的,从而把两个叶片之间的空气挤压出来,这样连续不停的运转,空气就源源不断地从进气口输送到出气口,这就是罗茨风机的整个工作过程。

  罗茨鼓风机与其它类型的鼓风机相比较,有如下优点,

  1) 在很宽的压力范围内(10?10-2Torr),具有稳定的大抽速,能迅速排出突然放出的气体,弥补了油封机械泵和扩散泵的不足,很适宜作机械增压泵之用。在有水封或油封的情况下,能直排大气抽真空,也适宜作大抽速的粗鼓风机。

  2)设计先进,结构合理,转子间及转子与泵体间均有间隙,互不接触,不用润滑,摩擦损失小,可用较低的动力获得较大的抽速,有显著的节能效果。

  3)转子有良好的几何对称性,工作平稳,能用提高转速的办法获得大抽速,从而做到结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。

  4)泵腔内不发生气体压缩,加之运动件之间有间隙,对抽吸气体中的灰尘和水蒸汽不敏感,因此可抽出可凝性蒸汽。

  5)泵腔内运动件无需用油润滑,能避免油蒸汽对真空系统的污染,有利于获得无油真空。

  6)无需进排气阀,结构简单,噪声较低,泵腔内运动件互不接触,不易损坏,维护费用低。

  7)启动快,能在短时间内达到极限真空。

罗茨风机

  罗茨风机是一种双叶轮同步压缩机械,每个三叶型转子用两个轴承支承,利用一对同步齿轮,使两个转子的相对位置始终保持不变。属容积式鼓风机,具有强制输气特征。三叶罗茨风机作为回转式机械,具有比较稳定的工作特性,三叶罗茨风机转子与转子、转子与泵体、转子与侧盖之间都有微小间隙,因而工作腔内没有摩擦,无接触磨损部分;罗茨风机经济耐用,无需润滑,使用寿命长,动力平衡性好。运转一周有六次吸排气过程,容积效率高。结构简单,使用维护方便,不需要内部润滑,输送的介质不含油等特点。泵转子的支承采用了可靠的消隙结构,转动部件作细致的动平衡,并采用高精度的斜齿轮,因此,运行平稳,噪声低,使用更加可靠,可在高压差下长期运行。

  Compared with other types of blowers, roots blower has the following advantages,

  1) In a wide pressure range (10? 10-2torr), it has a stable large pumping speed, and can quickly discharge the suddenly released gas, making up for the shortcomings of oil sealed mechanical pump and diffusion pump.   5) The moving parts in the pump chamber do not need oil lubrication, which can avoid the pollution of oil steam to the vacuum system, and is conducive to obtaining oil-free vacuum.

  6) The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low noise, no contact between moving parts in the pump chamber, no damage and low maintenance cost.

  Roots Blower

  Roots blower is a double impeller synchronous compression machine.
