  答:罗茨风机齿轮拆卸难点在于同步齿轮,该齿轮为直齿啮合,主动轮齿轮用液压拉马拉出,从动齿轮用自身6个M20螺栓孔加顶杆顶出。轴承座用顶杆顶出,注意顶杆要受力均匀,否则会损坏轴承座,加装时先拆后装,后拆先装,注意各部分间隙即可。

  罗茨风机齿轮在拆卸之前,我们首先要确定齿轮与轴的配合方式,有的是锥度配合,有的是过盈配合,有的是圆柱配合,还有的是采用其他的配合方式,首先了解其配合方式是,拆卸的首要步骤。例如:艾珍GM系列,普通拉马不行,要用专用液压拉马,轴上有油槽的!

  其次是记录,记录是很重要的工作,尤其是对不熟悉罗茨鼓风机的人员来说,在拆卸时做好记录非常重要,在后面组装时,能够有效的避免各种错误。

  凡使用过的旧齿轮,应根据拆卸时所作的方位标记,按照原来的磨痕进行装配,以避免齿面啮合不良。如果换用新的齿轮,应对主、从动轮同时进行更换。否则,新旧齿轮配对,势必造成接触不良操作时,一般先安装主动齿轮,后装从动齿轮。在齿轮与轴采用平键连接的,先把平键装在轴上,并在键的侧面涂上二硫化钼或高黏度机油,然后把齿轮轴孔与轴相对,使孔上的键槽对准平键,把齿轮安装到轴上。常用的安装方法为下述两种。

  当齿轮与轴采用的锥度配合时,先把主动齿轮套在主动轴上,在齿轮锁紧部位装上圆螺母,然后用铜棒敲打齿轮端面,旋紧圆螺母。待其充分锁紧之后,将圆螺母退下,加入止推垫圈,正式锁紧。接着将从动齿轮套到从动轮上,按规定的运转方向盘旋转子,检查两叶轮间的间隙。并通过改变从动齿圈与轮毂之间的周向位置,对叶轮方位进行调整。确认叶轮间隙符合要求之后,将从动齿轮锁紧。

  如果是圆柱配合,由于配合较紧,需要使用较大的压力才能把齿轮装到轴上。通常将金属套筒顶在齿轮端面上,然后用手锤打击套筒,或者用铜棒直接敲打齿轮端面,将齿轮往轴上推进,在齿轮顶到轴肩之后将其锁紧。

  罗茨风机齿轮拆卸注意事项:

  罗茨鼓风机结构形式不同,其拆卸方法有所不同,但是,在罗茨风机拆卸之前,应注意以下几点:

  1,拆卸前,应测量被拆卸部件相互之间的装配间隙,对于关键另部件的装配位置,应做好记录,如罗茨风机的同步齿轮,以免回装时发生错误。
