答:罗茨风机是空压机吗?关于这个问题,我个人认为罗茨风机不是空压机但在管道中增加储气罐后也可临时用作空压机使用

  空压机:通常用作气动机器或器具的动力源,一般气压较高,可达5kg/cm2--105kg/cm2,但风量较小;输出空气含有少量的油!

  罗茨鼓风机:一般用作通风,输气;一般气压较低,风量较大。具有强制输气功能!输出的空气洁净无油!

罗茨风机是空压机吗

  罗茨鼓风机与空压机的区别如下:

  1、一两者都能产生压力和流量,但用途却不一样;

  2、罗茨鼓风机它的气压一般比较小(通常不会超过1kg/cm2),但它的流量比较足,所以通常用在污水或水处理系统,有些生产线上也会用到中,主要用于搅拌吹气或吸气。

  3、而空气压缩机它所产生的气压比较高(一般都在7kg/cm2左右),主要用于驱动一些气动设备等等。

  4、罗茨鼓风机的压力比较小而流量大。

  5、空压机的压力可以大但流量小。 1Pa(帕斯卡): Pa=N/m^2 ,把G=9.8N/kg近似为10N/kg,那么1Kg相当于10N的压力;又1MPa=1000000Pa;

  所以P=1Kg/cm^2=10N/0.0001*m^2=10^5*N/m^2=0.1MPa

  罗茨鼓风机是用来送风的,罗茨鼓风机利用三个叶形转子在气缸内作相对运动来压缩和输送气体,也可用作真空泵。

  罗茨鼓风机内腔不需要润滑油,结构简单,运转平稳,性能稳定。

  用途:罗茨风机广泛应用于化工、冶炼、污水处理、水产养殖、轻工、矿山、塑料、食品、电力、造纸等,采用机械密封可输送煤气、石油天然气、氢气、一氧化碳、乙炔等;选用不锈钢叶轮可输送含水氯化氢、硫化氢等腐蚀性有毒气体。在氰化提金过程中浸出岗位所用的空压机能不能用罗茨风机来代替,这个问题其实也是比较复杂的,需要考虑的是使用状况(使用负荷,气象条件等),需要注意的是罗茨风机本身属于高压风机!
